20 DAYS
This is a challenging and hardcore trek through the entire Cordillera Real: it covers 160 Km (100mi), not taking into account ups and downs; crosses up to twenty passes over 4.000m(16,000ft),and involves more than12,000m(40,000ft)of ascent and descent.
The route passes through fantastic mountain scenery. The part of the trek on the eastern side  of the Cordillera takes you through areas that are seldom visited  by outsiders. The western side brings you up close to some of the mountains you see from the Altiplano.
The first few days are particularly  tough because you will be carrying 20 days’ food and fuel – the route does not pass any villages with shops. However, you may prefer to hire mules in Sorata for the first 2 or 3 days to Ancoma or Cocoyo to lighten your load, you can arrange a food drop at the Huayna Potosi hut.
A rest day at Refugio Huayna Potosi provides a welcome break and one of the best showers in Bolivia. Plan for another rest day on route, depending on how you are going and where you want to stop.
It is possible to start the trek in Cohoni and finish with a 2.000-m (6,500-ft) descent into Sorata to recover . But starting at Sorata means you get closer to La Paz every day and so, should you want or need to pull out, it will take less time to get back to civilization.

Day 11.- To Laguna Warawarani.
Day 12.- To Zongo Pass.
Day 13.- Rest day at Refugio Huayna Potosi .
Day 14.- To above Palcoma .
Day 15.- To Laguna Jachcha Khasiri.
Day 16.- To Mina SanFrancisco.
Day 17.- Rest day
Day 18.- To the pass southwest of Mururata.
Day 19 .-To Puente Roto.
Day 20.- To Cohoni.

DAY 1

Departure from Uyuni at about 10:30, to a small town where Bedspread community members exploit and refine of salt. We enter the Salt Lake, take a walk through the piles of salt and observe a demonstration of the extraction of salt blocks ..
Visit to the sale of handicrafts, the eyes of salt and the Isla Incahuasi (known as Fish Island) Appreciating the huge cactus and a splendid panoramic view from the balcony.
Lunch Box Lunch which is a fish on the island and then take a hike and continue towards Chuvica, where he spends the night in a hotel that is located opposite the Salar de Cactus.

DAY 2

Output Within hours 07:30 a.m. after breakfast. Visit Altiplano canyons: Cañapa, Stinking and Ramadita. We continue through the desert to see the tree Siloli stone. Then continue visiting the Laguna Colorada (Reserva Nacional de Fauna Andina Eduardo Avaroa REA) where we will see the flamingos and Andean fauna gathered, very important, such as the vicuña, Andean rhea or ostrich and others.
Here we spend the night in a basic community shelter.

DAY 3

Early departure mid-morning at 05:00 to appreciate the Geyser (volcanic vents) and visit the thermal baths.
Continuing, along the path are bizarre rock formations due to erosion and leads to Laguna Verde, which is very peculiar in the area for its color change that occurs between hours 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Return to Uyuni on the road to Pampa Colorada, arriving around 13:30. End of service.

NOTE. Transportation La Paz to Uyuni you can do in three ways.
1 .- Tourism Transportation leaving on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at hours 09:00 p.m. Costing 230 bs. Pp. and the return on the same bus again Hours 09:00 a.m. Uyuni. This includes dinner.
2 .- Normal transport leaving from La Paz to Oruro (transfer), arriving to Uyuni to hours 07:00 am. Based on hours 15:30 p.m. The same goes direct transport from La Paz to Uyuni on Tuesdays and Fridays at 17:30.
3 .- Departure by train departing every Tuesday and Friday hours 15:30 pm, arriving in Uyuni to Oruro hours 22:00 and departure from La Paz to Oruro to hours 10:00  with bus Trans Copacabana that takes you directly to the train station.

DAY 1
08:30 am-In office, presentation packs and guidance, deposit, insurance fund if the tourist needs it (recommended to leave for safety in the office, the agency is not responsible in case of loss of money or other lost property in the tour, each tourist has a responsibility to look after their belongings, for this reason the tourists need only carry small backpacks with the items needed) see what you need to take.

09:00 a.m. - Rurrenabaque office jeep 4 x 4 route to Santa Rosa for three hours. On this route will see a variety of plants, birds and animals.

12:00 a.m. Arrive at checkpoint Yacuma entrance to the park, where we will make a payment for the 40 Bs pp. (note not included in the price) then continue 20 min. in the jeep until the Yacuma port, and here our restaurant will serve a delicious lunch. Half an hour, then continue the journey.

14:00 p.m. Prepare the boat to finally arrive in Yacuma, a four hour journey which is slow for your chance to photograph and admire the many birds and animals (monkeys, capybaras, alligators, dolphins slightly wounded, etc).

18:00 p.m. We reached our camp for dinner.
21:00 pm. Evening on the boat for three hours to see nocturnal animals (monkeys, tapirs, pumas, etc..) Also observe large and glaring eyes of lizards and alligators, then returns to camp to rest.

DAY 2

06:00 am Visit to the plains to observe the dawn, returning to camp we visit a small river where we will observe the great number and variety of birds.
08:00. am – Breakfast and prepare, camera, water repellent hat in hand. Walk toward the swamps to seek the anacondas.
12:00 p.m. -Lunch (buffet). Rest in comfortable deckchairs.
14:30 p.m.-boat ride for 4 hours. Piranha fishing, swimming with dolphins and then visit the plains to observe the setting of the sun. We return to camp, take a shower and then serve a delicious dinner.
21:00 p.m. - Optional evening boat ride or fish for piranhas.

DAY 3

08:00 a.m. - Breakfast.
09:00 am-Boat trip and visit small forest islands where with luck we can see other animal species (lazy, ostrich, armadillo, etc.). And obtain information on toxic and medicinal plants.
12:00 p.m. - Lunch Buffet.
13:00 p.m. - Back to Yacuma River port to take the jeep and return to Rurrenabaque 17:00 pm.

 

 

DAY 1 08:30 am Guide presentation in office, backpacks and deposit, insurance fund if the tourist needs (recommended to leave in office).

09:00 am Departure to San Buenaventura to visit the park offices to make payment for the entrance to the park (80 Bs not included in price) from there we set up the Beni river for two hours and one hour in the Tuichi river In three hours of travel we will see the great natural vegetation in place, rock formations, rapids and admirable susi bullet.
12:00 pm - Arrival at the camp.
13:00 pm - Lunch buffet.
18:00 pm - Dinner.
19:30 pm-night walk visiting salt marshes and orchards where we will have more option to see nocturnal animals and birds (puma, agouti, armadillos and monkeys, etc.)
 

DAY 2
08:00 a.m. - Breakfast.
09:00 am.- Walking for three hours, information on plants, insects, animals and birds.
12:00. p.m.- Lunch Buffet.
13:30 p.m.- Fishing for two hours and swim in the river Tuichi.
15:30 pm-Construction of handicrafts with seeds of plants of the jungle.
18:00 p.m. Dinner.

20:00 p.m. - Optional hiking or fishing.


DAY 3
08:00 a.m. Breakfast.
09:00 am-Walking for three hours and information on plants.
12:00 p.m. - Almuezo.
13:00 p.m. .- Visit to Rurrenabaque, 18:00 p.m. arrival.

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:

Transportation from La Paz to Rurrenabaque to La Paz, park entrances, hotel, food in Rurrenabaque. The additional costs in Flight is 475 Bs pp. flying out every day with Amazon. Another is transportation that departs daily from the villa zone of Fatima which costs 50 Bs.Usted Choose which transport to take.
